We work directly with farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala - paying well above commodity prices for lots we can trace, taste, and revisit year after year.

The Ritual

Medium-fine. Burr grinder, fresh each cup.

Pour 2× the bean weight. Wait 45 seconds.

Brew
Pour in slow concentric circles. 3:30 total.

Sip
Let it cool. Flavor opens up around 60°C.
